Works on Human-machine haptic control system, 3-D user Interactive Interface Design, Image-Guided robotic cardiac operation, and Internet-based Tele-Learning system. Projects are funded by two Canadian National Centers of Excellence (NCEs) as well as from NSERC operating grant
- 08/1992-08/1994 Assistant Engineer, Beijing Qing Yun Aviation Instrument Corporation. In charge of aviatic parts' design and manufacture. a). My design "Special Milling Fixture Design" successfully passed experts' examination, already made good profits for the corporation; b). My project " Thin Side Piston Design" gained high appraisal from experts and won excellent project prize in Qing Yun group.

As the project manager, I designed APC UPS topological structure for SINOCHEM (China petrochemical import and export General Corporation) edifice, and led technicians to finish it in 1995. Now this system is working very well. More than 400 computers and equipment are protected by this system and monitored in HP-Open View Interface.
